My Bunny Valentine

He was running late.
The kitten and the teddy bear were finished and ready to go for a couple of weeks but I told them - no way! We must wait for My Bunny Valentine.

So, for all the undecided, the procrastinators, the ones who just met the love of their lives, here's the I'm All Ears [Valentine's Special Edition] series > tomorrow on Etsy.
These sterling silver, gold platted, sanded on the surface, secret keeper rings are all ears for you as usual. But this time you can see a bit of the red paper band with your secret message through a pierced heart detail.
For love is too sweet and heady to stay hidden forever.

Golden Cherry Blossom

The Golden Cherry Blossom is a sterling silver ring with a pearl detail inspired by oriental flower drawings. I constructed it as if contours invaded the tridimensional space.

It's gold platted and then sanded in the edges to give it a vintage look.
The pendant flower in this ring makes it dinamic and playful.

It includes a special package.

The Micro Planets are Blooming!

I called these two pendants "Micro Planet's Bloom".
Handcrafted in sterling silver and pierced to make them visually lighter creating an interaction with the background colour. The thread is leather and you can adjust it as you wish.

Short story of the "Silver Short Stories" series

Once upon a time, when I started working as an illustrator, I explored the silhouette plasticity of positive and negative space. I could spend the whole day creating these little linked worlds.
Then one day, when I finished the couple inside the heart (in the image above) I thought it would look great as a pendant. This was the first moment jewellery got inside my mind.
I started looking for jewellery technical education to be able to make it myself.
In the learning process I was so excited about the possibilities of the metal working that I had new ideas to work on and put this initial idea into a drawer.
Now I feel it's time to take them out and see where they will lead me this time :)

Silence is Golden

In this new edition of my "I'm All Ears" series I've golden plated all three sterling silver SecretKeepersPetRings. Then I opened the surface just enough to get some subtle silver rays to show up through their golden texture.
They are all ears for you as usual. Trust your deepest secret to one of them. They will carry it to the grave.

I'm all ears

Lembram-se de eu andar a fazer cera? Pois é, este foi o resultado.
Inspirados nos ursos e gatos que aparecem nos meus desenhos, surgem estes anéis "I'm all ears" que esculpi manualmente em cera, seguindo-se uma fundição para prata 925.
Cada um destes anéis traz um conjunto de tiras em papel e estão sempre prontos a guardar um segredo.
Regras de utilização:
- escrever o segredo numa das tiras,
- dobrar a tira de papel,
- colocá-la na parte oca interior,
- colocar o anel no dedo.

Remember when I was doing wax? (Post: O que ando a fazer - cera)
Well, this is the result.
Inspired by my drawings' bears and cats and rabbits, I manually sculpted these "I'm all ears" rings on wax and cast into 925 silver.
Each one of these rings brings a set of paper strips and they are always ready to share your secrets.
Utilization rules:
- whrite a secret on a paper strips,
- fold the paper,
- place it into the shallow inner space,
- place the ring on your finger.

Asas do desejo

"Break Free" consiste num conjunto de três pins em prata e pérolas e pretende ilustrar o percurso de uma ideia desde o momento em que surge, até que se apropria da matéria prima para se libertar no mundo visível.
Podem vê-los na exposição de joalharia contemporânea comemorativa do décimo aniversário da escola Engenho & Arte, sob o tema "O Passado no Presente e no Futuro".
A inauguração realiza-se no dia 3 de Abril pelas 21h na Galeria da Escola, na rua Faria Guimarães, 619, Porto, e estará patente até ao final de Maio.
